one day...

elliott drew. the transformation he has made from birth to toddlerhood never ceases to amaze me. here is a recap of his recent cuteness.
we had a date tonight and we had a conversation the entire time. a very delightful conversation. i asked him what he wanted to be when he grew up and he replied, i want to blow bubbles.
he recently has become quite the story teller as well. and each story begins with the infamous, one day... . it started a couple of months ago when he came up to me and said, one day, (insert long pause) i peed on the train. other stories he has come up with include...
one day, i saw a monster at the basketball team.

one day, i be a astronaut.

one day, i go swimming.

and don't forget to add jokster to his list of new tricks. as i was picking up from bed this morning he told me, mama you used to feed me bibles....just kidding. and he could go on for hours.

one day...he may be a bubble blowing astronaut...but for today he is still my elliott drew.

  1. He is absolutely adorable. And, thanks for stopping by the jewelry store. They told me you came in. Hope you found some treasures! :)

  4. Theresa, you've got to stop feeding that boy bibles! Too cute! The humor of a two year old is priceless. He's become such a big boy!

  7. So...I became quite attached to the group of kids I had last year and I'm having a tough time know I won't have them again...bringing me to another "Elliott moment": Elliot was giving me a hug last week and I said to him "I'm so sad you're not going to be my best friend anymore" His reply?: "But I'm still gonna!"
