who ever said that drinking water will wake you up just as much as drinking caffeine was crazy. for the past two weeks i have cut out all caffeine and most sugar hoping to reduce some anxiety and be a little more energetic. and after drinking boat loads of water, i cannot say that i feel anymore awake than before. at least with caffeine you get that little, fake energy boost before the fall. so i am still in search for that natural pick me up if anyone has any great ideas.
